MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Senior Transfer Secretary in the Property Department of our Pretoria Branch, with the position starting in January 2025.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' expertise in handling transfers, including estate transfers, sectional titles, subdivisions, and consolidations.
- Proficient in meticulous and precise document drafting.
- Skilled in managing finances related to transfer instructions.
- Competence in working with electronic files and systems.
- Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of document and deed drafting, alongside deed office procedures.
- Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment.
- Ability to efficiently report to multiple directors.
- Proven capacity to manage high volumes of work, both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications and Additional Skills:
- Any qualification in Matric, and Legal Secretary or Conveyancing are advantageous.
- Familiarity with LexisNexis, AJS, and Flow systems will be beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Keen attention to detail in order to accurately record information and maintain meticulous records is vert vital.
