Job Description

MacRobert Attorneys is looking for a Specialised Administrator in the Financial Recoveries Department of our Pretoria Branch.

Job Purpose:

To provide specialized administrative support in collections, product management, and operational coordination, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and the Call Centre Manager.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Matric

Experience and Requirements:

  • Experience in a collections environment is non negotiable; 
  • Experience in the daily operations of a Call Centre;
  • Staff supervision;
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Attention to detail; 
  • Good communication skills and able to assist with client communications;
  • Product management experience.
